A Very Chris Week.

Work, work, work...

has its rewards. :)

Fast trains are very scary.

Nothing but snow as far as I can see.

All of this traveling makes me hungry. It's a good thing I brought my pear.

Perhaps a bus ride next week, faithful readers?

An active week outside

Having a snack while taking a break.

Ben and Chris sharing the Wonderful World of Richard Scary with their posse.

Cold slides work much better than hot ones..

"Anything you can do I can do better."

I've got the map, Chris! Now we'll lead and Mom and Dad will follow.

I've got a book for them to read, Ben. Now, where did they run off to now?

You might have noticed that we have Woody in the toy collection. That's right - Ben is a big boy who wears undies!

Sugary and silly

Munchkins...err, Timbits for breakfast on Fat Tuesday :)

Hanging out on the potty. No, Chris is not potty training. No, Ben isn't fully potty trained either. They just like hanging out. And if they are interested in potty they are welcome to it!

A special treat on Sunday

Making ice cream!

Yummy!

What's not to love about a week ending in Sunday :)
We're working on teaching the boys about sitting in church after getting into the habit of sitting in the cry room. Last week was the first time the Johnston boys didn't try to storm the altar during Mass! This week they made it to just before Communion - Mom made the mistake (?) of asking Chris if he wanted to go up and say "hi" to Father. He took off down the side aisle saying "father...father...father!" Dad had to convince him to come back and wait with us for our turn :)
Yes, we've had a number of people comment that perhaps one of our boys will become a priest.

Silly and sweet

How Mama has been dealing with the naplessness - after lunch we have a rest with a movie on the couch. Works most days :)

Is there anything sweeter?

Tuesday was crazy hair day at preschool - Mama got to go crazy with the Elmer's glue :)

And then boys got a bath with bubbles before bed.
