Helping Dad

Ben worked hard this week helping Dad fix the kitchen cabinets.

Afterward, Dad and Ben read a long book about the Submarines. Whew.

Mini vacation

This week we took a mini vacation while renewing Dad's work permit in Buffalo. Ben was very ready to "go go go."

Our first stop was the Jell-O museum and LeRoy House in LeRoy, NY.

We enjoyed an evening at Cayuga Lake State Park. This was Ben's first adventure in water bigger than the bathtub.

And it was good!

Lots of fun times on vacation :)

But it makes for a tired Ben.

Glad to be back home, even if it is a little less exciting.

Just another week

Very serious baseball game on.

It was just another lazy summer week here in Canada. Lots of walks and playing. :) This morning at church Ben was "singing" along with the psalm. It was really too cute. And then he shared his goldfish with the lady who sat behind us. Even more cute. :)
In new baby news, Mom has a new "official" due date of September 15 and a new doctor who is putting her back on lovenox (like with Ben.) That won't be any fun but sometimes thats the way it goes. And it means we'll have another scheduled birthday. Let's see if Ben's little brother is any better about that than he was!

A more quiet week

Ben loves riding his bike. Don't worry, we're gonna paint it. :)
